What job could I get (if any) in PE with my solo syndication background (7 deals ~2.5x MOIC - $8m->$20m)?

My background: last 4 years I have completed 7 full cycle real estate deals. Raised ~$8m returned $20m across distributions and sale proceeds.Maybe 5% was F&F rest was outside investors. Background unrelated to real estate. College degree.

Almost none of this was my money, I made ~$4m net pre tax $3m ish after tax from promote.

Over the last few years I've been able to make money very low risk. Right now real estate just isn't profitable and it's high risk, people buying are not going to make money, and I'm looking around and I don't see anyone in RE actually making money. I want to do deals, have capital and partners, but all I see is trash and I'm too young an energetic to just exist not doing deals anymore.

I have a lot of experience raising money, have investors who will come with me to do things I'm interested in, and I would say my limiting factor is that while I can always tell if a deal is not great, I miss some great deals because im always focused on the downside and what I don't know. Also, I have nothing I feel is "low risk, high reward" that i am an expert in.

Now that I have a few $m I am pretty risk-off, even more conservative than normal.

Right now I'm making $0 outside of my investment income and I'm not only bored as f but I want more money.

I have always been interested in PE and want to learn and get involved either in a new vertical or get into REPE with people doing something cool (although I don't see it), but without having to take much risk myself until I'm an expert in my vertical.

But with my solo experience, what sort of job could I do and add value?

I feel like I had the job of a MD but very small deals relatively. Of course, that would never be an option initially, but once I had experience in some profitable niche I could do the job I think, given I can raise $ and put together and close deals, esp with a team.

Curious what you all think is possible in my shoes?
