Does PE shop offer healthcare and stuff? Are benefit and perks less than investment bank or more? Any Uber or meal stipend?

Yes. I work at a $500M fund and get healthcare, 401k match, co-invest, firm pays for lunch each day and $25 stipend for dinner, 20-25 days PTO or something like that, probably other things I’m missing but all the normal stuff you get at any IB gig
Assuming I'm at a $1Bn the perks should only be better? Also, 20-25 PTO is a lot. For HC, how much premium do we typically pay out of pocket?
lol your perks do not necessarily correspondingly get better at a larger firm vis-à-vis a smaller / middle market firm, it's a case by case scenario and highly idiosyncratic and largely tied to culture
