IVF and fertility clinics is where the money is at. 20K doesn't get you far in that industry, but if you had more you could really make a killing there. For 20K I would potentially back a meat-replacement company that is just starting up. It may be a fad, something for vegans or a long-term alternative for the masses but meat replacements have a solid future and are growing hugely as a segment. Another industry I wouldn't sleep on is something related to pets. Be it a company that does training, pet toys, accessories or food. Pet ownership is on the rise as people steer away from having larger families and want to have more immediate companionship. Additionally, people spend more on pets. And finally, people are more open to niche brands as they don't "trust" larger brands like IAMS or Pedigree as much as in the past. This also includes things like raw food and small batch producers of pet food. Good industry to be in.
