Biggest REPE Firms in Philly

Hi - does anyone know what the biggest REPE firms located in the City of Brotherly Love are? And any insight on if they offer internships? Thanks all!

Regarding allocators, some of them cover the Philadelphia region but are based in another location. (e.g. NMRE is based in maryland/DC but covers a whole swath of the coast)

Philly doesn’t have a large finance scene which is a shame because it’s a great city with a decently low COL

CSIM, Rubenstein, Lubert Adler, LEM, Alterra all offer internships I'm fairly certain.

Does anyone know if these firms have interns during the fall/winter/spring from Philly undergrad/MBA programs

I know LEM does the Drexel Co-Op program and has interns during the semesters but not sure if they have anyone outside of that.
