Industrial/Medical Office Investing/Books/Advice
I'm interested in investing/owning medical office and/or industrial investment property and wanted to know if there are any books or resources that are great to learn about investing in these asset classes. I currently work in an REPE shop focused in multifamily so I'm not necessarily flying blind. Just have not had much exposure to these asset classes.
Or in general, if anyone had some advice on how to get started in this type of investing. Any help is appreciated.
