Looking for feedback on salary research for Real Estate PE Position

I am currently interning for a real estate private equity firm in Cincinnati. Moved here from a full time role in the financial services industry. I hold a series 7 and 63 and an undergrad in marketing from a public ivy. I began my internship in March and will end the full time side of it in late August. Then I'll begin a full time MBA at a top 70 program. I also will be completing a real estate graduate certificate during this time as well. It will take me about 9 months to complete both. Throughout my time in school, I will be aiming to work 10-20 hours a week still for the same firm part time.

The company I work for is a smaller GP on the buy side with about 50 employees and about 150 AUM. My internship has focused on acquisitions, investor relations, and a little bit of asset management. They have told me they would like to discuss compensation for a full time role before I start school so I am guessing sometime in August. Then I would return in May following my graduation. The full time role will be much of the same with most of the emphasis on the first two responsibilities mentioned above. I essentially will be an acquisitions analyst working directly with our CEO on sourcing new deals, building memos, providing biweekly market updates for Cincinnati in report format, and raising capital from our LPs. Also will be responsible for staying in touch with active investors on a regular basis. I think it will take me about a year or two to become proficient in this role.

Based on my research, I have had a difficult time finding an exact salary for my hybrid type of role but estimate it to be worth anywhere between 80k-120k depending on how negotiations go. With my resume and prior experience with the company, I believe I would fall on the higher half of that range. I am looking for feedback on this range and trying to narrow down to a specific number I would like to hit in my negotiations. Also open to hearing how a bonus structure could look for a role like this. Thanks in advance!
