People that have left the corporate CRE world and went into Brokerage, how has it worked out?
The slow-climbing ladder in CRE (working at a REIT, developer, fund, PE shop, etc.) has its appeal (general stability, salary, etc.) but it seems like people that go into investment sales can make a killing and have a nice life and balance if they work hard and do it right.
For people that have made that jump, how has it been for you?
