We're hiring - real estate jobs in LA or NYC

I'm looking to refer some potential candidates to entry-level (1-3 years) and mid-level (5-7 years) positions within my company's real estate team. The real estate arm manages around $2-4bn of AUM and provides debt and equity for commercial, industrial, retail and multi-family real estate in primary and secondary markets within the USA.

Since inception, the real estate arm has done over 170 deals in excess of $12bn -- includes loans, mezz, pref and JV equity

If you are interested, please comment below with:

1. Your interest in either LA or NYC (no remote) and relevant ties

2. Your interest in Real Estate Acquisitions (new investments) or Real Estate Asset Management (existing investments)

3. Your years of experience

I'll DM you with an email address to direct your resume to for further steps and a quick intro call with me

Damn somebody really wants that $25k referral fee, eh? The Dallas positions aren’t filled either, plus there are accounting and credit analyst roles, I believe all are eligible for the $25k fee
