Trying to get any sort of job in Finance, I know my work experience is lacking, but ive been trying my best to apply to places.
Would really appreciate if someone could help me touch up my resume

I think it looks solid. Some formatting errors (margins are not the same all over and you have a . after one of the lines) but otherwise it looks pretty good. A few points:
Would like some AUM numbers for the investment club, and I think you should make the bullet on your two recommendations clearer, like how big a position did you take (% wise) and whether the 23% is the return on the position or the overall fund (not clear). When you're bragging about investing results you need to make it very clear how you performed in my opinion.
The CapIQ first bullet does not make much sense - why is it relevant that you screened for ROIC between 5-10%? Focus more on the workshops (e.g. developed workshops on xxx taken by yyy number of students receiving zzz feedback).
Did you really only work at the burrito joint for 3-4 months? If so I think you should pull it. Generally stuff that happened in high school is not worth much at this point unless it's impressive. Did you not do anything from your junior summer in high school until your 4th semester in college that you can put on instead?
Would also add some color to your personal portfolio - e.g. "by investing in US equities". Again, when you brag, be ready to back it up.

I worked at manufacturing factories for 3 summers, and I thought that the retail experience would look better than manufacturing experience. There's a very good chance I will get a research position with my school soon, so if I get that, I can take out he burrito joint.

Generally, what you want to convey with having non-skilled jobs on your resume is that you are capable of having a job - i.e. getting up in the morning, not slacking off, having work ethic etc. You do not show any transferable skills. Manufacturing convey this just as well as retail. I think you show this already through your other jobs, but if you want an extra on there, I would put your most recent experience. If you have at the same place for more than one summer, you can say "Summer 2012, Summer 2013" or something like that under dates.
Of course, if you apply to a sales position, it may be worth it to show that you have customer-facing experience.

Network your ass off. Reach out to alumni, start cold calling banks and firing off applications. Keep grinding. I know someone who called Goldman Sachs every single day for a year and a half and they eventually gave him an interview and he nailed it.
