In addition to the comment above, I would note the following:

1a. Education - Cut down on wasted space. I'd get rid of the Business College row because your Finance degree makes that apparent, move the Major/Minor detail into the same row as GPA

1b. I question the value of your online econ course. Name dropping Targets obviously helps, but unless you have an interesting story to tell in the event of an interview (i.e. why you took it and how it's relevant)

2a. Experience - You need to focus more on results (i.e. more of what you've accomplished as opposed to what you do). So something like, "Managed xx sales accounts, identifying new consulting opportunities resulting in $xx of revenue" or something similar except on the cost saving side. At bottom, investment banks (and indeed, most any front office gig) is looking to hire you because they think you have potential to make them money (revenue) or save them money (being efficient). While you're just a kid, if you can demonstrate the potential to help your future employers in this endeavor, they will be more likely to become said future employer.

2b. Caveat to the above is that where the 'job description' stuff is relevant (e.g. financial modeling at the hedge fund) to IBD, it's worth keeping it there even if you can't quantify the results. At bottom, an IBD gig absolutely requires the ability to build 3 statement models, so that's a useful skill relative to other applicants who may not have the skill set.

  1. I'd personally ax most of your Additional Experience section. it's admittedly a hit or miss if an interviewer just so happens to have similar experiences, but given how dated it is, it seems to be taking up valuable resume space. An argument in favor of keeping this would be if you can quantify impressive results (Food Bank - Improved inventory management practices, reducing spoilage by xx%; OR Reorganized food distribution processes, increasing the number of people served per day by xx%)

  2. Your Independent Studies seem interesting, but if there's nothing really significant for the British Lit one (e.g. publishing rights, novel insights, etc), I'd be inclined to get rid of that one.

  3. In the interest of space, I'd lump the Activities and Interest into one section. So something like, "Investing Club - port mgr or whatever you are; squash, soccer, reading etc etc etc".

As always, respond or PM me if you have any questions. Best of luck!
