Bocconi BIEF or BIEM?

I am a second year Bocconi student currently enrolled in the BIEF program. I am doing quite well academically, but the pressure is tremendous and I am considering switching to BIEM. I feel constantly depressed and tired as I have to study at least 12 hours a day (every day!) if I want to keep my scholarship. They say it is much easier to have good grades if you study BIEM and the people there are more laid back. Any ideas?

The fact that the program is about 70% self taught.

The fact that the program is too intensive as it is a 3 years' program.

And last, but not least, the fact that just a few people outside Italy have heard about Bocconi. I wish I knew that when I applied.

I cannot deny Bocconi is well respected in London, but the HRs in the UK still prefer their own unis.

Plus, if you study at a reputed UK uni you can achieve higher grades than if you attend Bocconi.

Last year of BIEF is very tough if you do all the exams at bocconi. 9 exams+ thesis + GMAT + applications is really demanding. Compared to CLEF, the average of the class is much higher in terms of sharpness and mindset. If you see the outcome of BIEF student after graduation it is incredible (top European masters, BB analyst, MBB consultants, top US masters).

Bruh. The guy should go for bief as it has a more international approach, some classes are less demanding because of it (we know the italian teaching/valuation method is lame), and you start handling pretty soon the communication skills needed to pass an interview (abroad). Actually, the third year is pretty much the same for both CLEF and BIEF (also clef courses are taught in english the third year). Lastly, I think you may be right on the "mindset" thing for obvious reasons linked to the preferences of people enrolled in the two programs and their background; but leave out the sharpness thing, it makes you sound like a douche like many others that I heard saying the same thing but with regards to bief.

That said, good luck with everything mate! I am sure you didn't mean to say what it sounded.
