Might be an unpopular opinion but I’d do something you genuinely enjoy that might not be as “useful”.

I majored in finance and minored in philosophy. Really enjoyed both for different reasons. It was great to have a minor that I feel like allowed me to use a different part of my brain and develop totally different skills. You could definitely do CS or another technical minor, but since fin is technical in and of itself, it might be nice to explore something totally different that you genuinely enjoy.

I did Econ and communication studies. Comm studies provides a good talking point especially with co-worker relations and client facing topics. Plus easy A+ and slightly interesting.

If your finance degree does not have a lot of accounting courses built in I would recommend doing that, helpful in general but especially for recruiting purposes.
