Anyone wants to talk on the phone before the interview? Get used to the format?

Does anyone know if offers are sent out today? Let's keep us all updated.

It's so weird - how come there's only 1 guy who got an offer? I would imagine there must be at least 2 or 3 that got it no? We can't all get rejected wth is going on. Can I relax this weekend is the real question.

One of my sources (S&T, not involved in recruiting) thinks offer letters come out early next week. I go to a target school for GCM, and we only have one diversity candidate w/ an ECM offer RN.

Yo did anyone hear back besides @monkeyman789? There were 2 days of SDs last week on Wednesday and Thursday, there can't be just 1 person getting an offer and we all got delays. Let's share each's insights.

One of my sources (S&T, but not involved in recruiting) thinks offer letters come out this week. I go to a target school for GCM, and we only have one diversity candidate w/ an ECM offer RN. Don't expect anything today b/c of labor day, but if IB offers are anything to go by, you'll hear back w/ good news or wait-list on Weds/Thurs.

Thanks for the info. But wth??? What else do they need lol? 2 ppl already got an offer what is going on here? I heard they took a week to get back about FT offers too. The wait continues i guess

The people who got offers probably had something extra (existing offers, diversity status, multiple director level referrals) that put pressure on HR to give them an offer before they go somewhere else.

As for the delay, I’d  say JPM’s return to working from office instead of home has forced other banks to prepare for on site work, which is going to take most if not all of HR’s capacity.

Hey man, I'd prefer if not for anonymity's sake. To be helpful though, I'll tell you this - it wasn't bad.

Standard behaviorals from what I remember. Know why you want to do the program, maybe a stock pitch or a market trend, why you want to work at BofA, why S&T, stuff like that.

I didn't prepare for it whatsoever and I have no alumni from my school working at BofA S&T. I submitted, got a hirevue, crushed the hirevue because I genuinely enjoy following the markets + I've been interviewing with banks for like 7 months now. If you do some homework then you'll be very well-prepared.

Wasn't all that hard just very unusual questions and got pressed about all opinions

Had my superday on Sept 2nd, got a call a week later (9/12) that they're going to need more time. Haven't heard anything since despite following up twice. Looks like i'm dust. anyone else experience the same?

Yah, same here although I had my SD a couple weeks later. Basically given up at this point. Wonder how many S&T they took this year cause there are only like 2 offers in this thread.
