Lateraling as a trader
Hi monkeys. Currently a first year trader on a rates trading desk. My bank is top 5-10 in rates trading and I want to move to a stronger rates/macro trading bank. What is the best time for a lateral? How to lateral as a trader? Does PnL matter more than bank brand?
