London Growth Equity Comp
Hi all,
Recently started in growth equity in London ($1Bn+ fund size), and wanted to check what is the market comp for Associate / VP and above? Not sure if I’m getting underpaid at my current shop…

what’s your comp?
Sharing what I think is market currently for venture/growth funds (Series B-D).
Asso: £110-130k + 80-100% + Carry
VP/Senior Asso: £140-£175k + 100-120% + Carry
US venture/growth funds might pay more (e.g: aligned with US team) and funds coming out of PE world as well (Apax Digital, CVC Growth, Blackstone Gowth, EQT Growth, KKR Growth...).
Sounds quite high - a way more than banking as associate lol. I feel that there are not even MM buyout fund that pay these amount in london
