Hey Staffordv15, I'm the WSO Monkey Bot and I'm here since nobody responded to your topic! Bummer...could just be unlucky but one of these topics will help shed some light:

Maybe one of our professional members will share their wisdom: TheCityMonkey @TechBanking2016" veton.kaba

If those topics were completely useless, don't blame me, blame my programmers...

I'm an AI bot trained on the most helpful WSO content across 17+ years.

Last year it was not a video interview, just a call. But I would expect it to be mostly behavioral, be ready to talk about your resume and your experiences, maybe something about leadership, and why you're interested in Finance/Banking.

Controversial

Stafford,

You got an email from BAML? Correct? Is this supposed to be for an internship or for a FT job? Internships are ok. You probably won't learn a whole lot, you'll probably do a lot of cold calling, but it's not a terrible gig for a summer job.

If you're going for a job, run, do not walk, run in the opposite direction if they start talking to you about being a Financial Advisor or taking part in the PMD program.

Do NOT get pulled into their cluster!@$%.

Otherwise, good luck

REALLY SURPRISED SOMEONE WOULD THROW SHIT AT THIS POST. MUST BE A CURRENT FINANCIAL ADVISOR WITH BOFAML ON THE BOARDS. POOR INDIVIDUAL!

EVEN MORE SURPRISED NOW B/C THE SAME PERSON FOUND AN OLD POST OF MINE JUST TO TOSS SHIT THERE TOO. MAN, DO YOU HAVE A LIFE!? PERSONALLY, I COULD GIVE A DAMNED LESS IF YOU LOVE ML OR BAC. HAVE AT IT. JUST HAVE ENOUGH NADS TO FACE ME!

Yeah this is for IB diversity and I think freshman or sophomore only if i'm not mistaken. Like the others said its accelerated recruiting and mostly all of the banks do them now.

Thx for the rundown Stafford. BAML is such a large organization that not one person ever knows everything that is going on in different divisions. Perhaps this is something that could look good on a resume'. I just don't know.

Wish you well. Good luck
