BAML - Global Investment Banking Sophomore Summer Analyst Program
Hi, did anyone heard something regarding the Bank of America Merrill Lynch Global Investment Banking Sophomore Summer Analyst Program? I got an email about a phone interview. Did someone had the interview already? maybe in previous years? What are they asking? Tips, advices, comments, and anything other regarding the topics are welcomed.
I got the email to schedule my interview on Tuesday and but had to reschedule today so my interview is next week now

Not a target school overall, but a target school for BAML. I haven't don't too much to prepare other than talk to people who've done the program before and talk to people at BAML. And my interviewer is an associate.

I was told final rounds (2nd phone interview or superday idk) will be mid-late Nov so we're getting pretty close to that now

Curious to know as well. I applied in late October online but haven't heard anything back yet... only a submission confirmation

Yep! Got the offer today.
do they call to tell you the offer as well as call to tell you a rejection?
do they call to tell you you didn't get the job? or do they only call if you got the offer?
Do they change status "under considiration" in case of rejection or not? I applied a couple of weeks ago...still waiting with no news....do u know if they hire on the rolling basics?

Haven't heard back. I go to a target, applied to IBD. I've heard that this program is generally URM and women focused, so I'm not expecting much.
May be I am on a different tack, but i am invited to a superday on 6-7 January
I think that's different, because HR said they would notify applicants only about first rounds by this week. They didn't mention anything about superdays yet.
