Walking away from a position with a subsidiary of the company. Received HRTraining (or GRTraining) requirements of 25.5 hours worth of compliance videos on 1 Feb. They call these videos "training", which is absolutely laughable. It is simply a way for BAC to say that they have adhered to the latest cybersecurity, diversity, ecommunications, blah blah blah mandates handed down as a result of that horrible piece of legislation called Dodd-Frank.
