Best Groups to Snipe Talent From?

Looking for recommendations on specific groups/firms I should be targeting to snipe talent from. We typically buy/invest-in companies with under $10M rev in the eComm/consumer brand space.

We've been targeting an assortment of LMM firms because the BB guys have a skill set that is too different and don't have much front line ops experience/exposure compared to the LMM kids.

We're aiming to find people we can drop into co's to help founders at a tactical level + structure/close deals we have in the pipeline/run DD/etc...

Any ideas for specific firms we should be targeting or groups @ bigger firms?
