Incoming SA as well. There has been an insane number of analyst laterals in the past few months (almost my entire network there lmao), which has been rather worrying/doubt-inducing, especially since I turned down BB opportunities for the CB offer (for “culture” - maybe I’ll come to regret that). Exits aren’t all that, either, and recent dealflow doesn’t seem too interesting/sizeable. The 48 hour offer deadline also feels like a non-target trap, in retrospect.
