CS FIG 2021 Interview
I have an interview coming up with Credit Suisse for FIG next week and didn’t know what to expect. for anyone that has done the interviews in the previous years, is it FIG technicals heavy or is it more on the fit/behavioural questions?
would love any insight.
Is this for summer or full time? If full time, did you intern in fig?

I would know the basic metrics used in fig valuations but I’d be shocked if they killed you with fig technicals. Study what is going on in the space and know two fig deals inside and out. Have a reason for why fig and why cs.
Also interviewing, wondering why CS has direct FIG recruitment?
Not sure if this helps but I had a Citi FIG superday and there were no FIG-specific technicals (even did unlevered DCF instead of levered). Just “why FIG” etc

Had interview, all behavioral not a single technical.

pretty good. was expecting it to be more behaviorals but got a couple FIGish technicals.

Had an interview today. The guy said they were going to get together tomorrow to discuss. Probably going to hear back tomorrow night or early next week.

what's usually the percentage of people who get superday from first round?

had 1 out of the 2 interviews - was extremely difficult. Honestly don't think I did too well since they were just stress testing me with general knowledge questions and facts. How was other people's experience?
