No one has heard back yet from the Richard B. Fisher Scholarship program or from the Bridging the Gap program, which is for freshmen. I would guess that we'll all be notified sometime next week with superdays at the end of February though that's all conjecture on my behalf

As a alumni of that program, late February is the latest to hear back.

What was your experience like with the program? How was the interview process? When did you hear back by when you applied? Did you have a lot of prior work experience? Lastly, did you go to a target/semi-target, or non-target?

Thanks in advance.

Good program overall. Luncheon series with senior management in MS is a great networking outlet. You interview like the other candidates for roles whether in IBD, MO, or BO. If you land a SA offer, you will also be simultaneously accepted into program. The turn around for hearing back is pretty quick (Heard back on Monday after interviewing on a Friday). Lastly, Non-target that ended in MM IB (which was my personal preference before going into IB). Plus the scholarship is a nice boost.

is it harder getting the SA offer from this (since it has a scholarship award as well) compared to getting a SA offer from regular recruitment?
