I've received my HireVue - just did it earlier actually haha.
Just did the HireVue myself, don't think it went so hot... They're always so awkward.
Any ideas on when we hear back one way or the other?

I just got an email saying I'm through to the case study. CS to be assigned this coming Mon w 1 week to complete.
i got the case email around 8:30pm last night too. Anyone have any idea of what to expect from the case?

How much of a pay cut do you take your first year in the point 72 program if coming from IB, say you go after being a 2nd year or even a third year analyst. Is the pay progression as good as IB?
You make more than an analyst 1 2 or 3 in banking. Associates would likely take a pay cut

does anyone have an idea on when we can expect to hear back after submitting the case? Im assuming a while since they have to review alot? i didnt feel great about it tho so not expecting too much lol

Heard back from the case, gotten an invitation to proceed with the HR interview.
any idea what the class size will be for the academy this time around?
id guess 5-7 spots for the experienced program per year.
This seems unlikely given that it's only been a few days since the case due date and the next round isn't with HR.
I hope that they're still sending out invites - but fyi the first round interview is with HR (academy recruiter), followed by a debrief with an analyst coach

Out of curiosity, how was the case study? Is it just build a model based on something they give you? Week to do it?

Not yet...I hope we get something tomorrow since chose an AM slot for Monday as my #2 choice ahah. Have you heard anything?

They couldn’t possibly go through that many models and investment reports within a week. I wonder how they actually selected who to progress
