Do you go to a target school? Personally, if I got the FT offer I'd take it and attempt to lateral to a better bank after my 1st year. It seems riskier to jump back into the competition for another internship, when you have the chance to simply begin full-time. That being said, if you have OCR, you can probably weigh your options differently.
