PwC Virtual Office Audit Support Data Analyst Second Interview (2nd Excel Test Help!)

I applied for a client representative position at a recruiting firm that happens to staff for PwC. The recruiter brought me in to interview for an Audit Support Data Analyst position (they are hiring ten). I passed the first round, including excel/audit/gl tests, but I'm told there will be an excel data analysis test at my second round. I have no real auditing/data analysis experience and my excels skills are basic but she said I would be fine. What should I prepare for- it's on Friday and I don't have much time!

It will likely be a slightly more advanced excel test than your first round excel component.

I would brush up on some simple, frequently used formulas and some other data management tools.

Brush up on the following:

-Pivot Tables -Lookups (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP) -IF formulas -Conditional formatting -Locating formula dependents and precedents -Text-to-column -Remove duplicates -groupings -Sum, average, count formulas

I'd be very surprised if it got any more complicated than that. If you don't know how to do some of those, google them as there are some very good tutorials. The Lookups and pivot tables are probably the most advanced on my list but are really easy if you understand them.

Can anyone add anything to this?

Good luck, Nicole-Robinson.

Thanks! I have a lot to relearn. I've never used excel for data analysis other than one school project. Not feeling very confident. Any other advice on the interview portion? Also just purchased WallStreetPrep's Excel crash course based on a different boards advice but I don't think it contains lookups or pivot tables :(
