Is anybody familiar with structured finance advisory groups within Big-4 accounting firms?
Are they more marketing or modelling, what are exit opps, etc.

It depends which Big 4 you work with and where. Structured finance is divided between the collateral and modeling side. Exit opps are usually with underwriters.
I took a job on the analytic/modeling side with a group in NYC.
Who is the best (E&Y, PwC, Deloitte)?
Don't think KPMG has a stand-alone SF group.
