Damn I didn’t hear anything rip. Are they doing it in batches?
Have heard it’s a rolling process, but they’re looking to fill a lot of seats across IB. Think there will be a good amount of FT hires
Does anyone know how group placement works for FT? What are some of the stronger groups/groups with better culture?

Was told they're looking to hire 20 FTs which sounded high but if anyone is gonna know it's someone working there. That said, I haven't gotten anything either:/ kinda annoyed given my networking but such is life. Blair seems like a seriously great place to work

I didn’t ask. Looks like they only have what, 6-8 interns tho? So that leaves 12-14 additional spots to fill assuming every intern got an offer and accepts.
To provide legitimate information for y’all: First rounds are happening on a rolling basis and are expected to conclude by the end of august. Expectation is hiring will be complete by Labor Day/ superdays will occur early sept. Source—work at the firm. Ignore anything else on this post telling you otherwise. Best of luck everyone.

Okay so if you do work there (not doubting), if we applied and have chatted with people + not heard back yet, safe to say we got dinged? Asking because I’ve done a fair amount of networking, felt like they all went well, and am slightly shocked nothing came of it.
Could mean you just haven’t gotten an invite for a first round yet. Also, could mean you were dinged, no way of knowing.
Do you think superdays would get expedited on an individual basis if we have an exploding return offer two weeks from today?

How quickly will offers from superdays come out? Had superday last week and have not heard anything.
Generally speaking for all interviews, you should hear back the day of or within a few days. Not hearing back likely means you are an alternate candidate that likely will mean rejection unless numerous people ahead of you reject the offer.

I got a first round interview invite on Sunday. Looks like they will be doing more first rounds for the next two weeks. From a non-target so this may their non-target recruiting? Invite also isn’t for a specific group

Idk if mine is accelerated, I had a first round then two hours later got invited for second round which occurred last Thursday. Just got invited to SD which will be on 9/23.
