Watch the content posted on Facebook, im always on the watch after a big night out... you never know !
Btw: Facebook keeps all your historical content on a database. You can download all your Facebook history compressed on a zip file. I downloaded mine and I had five years of my life on a zip file... scary stuff.
This. I've said this 1000000 times.

I agree - who gives a shit.
In Vancouver, we are outing people on social media for blowing up police cars and punching firefighters while they try to do their job. That's actually worth people's time and effort.
I don't sign up for the who gives a shit view point of not caring what people get caught doing.
Yes we all do stupid shit: one night stands, get too drunk, crash cars, typos in usernames. But none of those show a distinct lack of human grace not on par with others. Because everyone does those stupid things. But we don't all go off at people who we believe to be below us, nor do we use our level of, seemingly inadequate, education as the foundation of an argument.
The notion that the internet could be seen as a force that controls our less attractive side is possibly a positive one. Or a negative, depending on what you like to do for fun. Either way it's something we all have to get to grips with, similar to cctv. Some may see it as an invasion of privacy, others an advance that make the world a safer place. Either way it's here to stay.
Haha. True. Well at least stuff you wouldn't like to be dug up years later and plastered on the internet when you're in a position of power or have something to lose.
Represent Valtrex. Cradle to grave.
Obviously you haven't laid with the beasts that he has, lol.
Regards
What really shocked me about all this was the amount of anti-Indian sentiment on Dealbreaker,
Yeah I completely agree, those telling her she is wrong by using racist remakes don't make us look any better. Still though, she is a complete mess-up for that blowup
This has blown so much out of proportion. Yeah the girl was rude and a little wacko, but whoever was filming isn't much better.
I don't really think it's going to affect her that badly long term. I was just reading this morning about some indian american (also?) chick who apparently plagiarized a novel while still an undergrad at Harvard. She graduated with honors and is now attending Georgetown's Law School.Or has graduated, not sure.Anyway I thought that was ironic.
God forbid ever becoming a public figure/politician.So many skeletons in my closet and social media definitely does not help.
I actually have a signed First Edition. It's a minor hobby of mine (true story).
Social Darwinism, preventing the morons from breeding.
Hahaha Eddie, classic.
Gentlemen--is there something not uniquely douchy about faux superiority? Especially flashing your credentials to make a point. Why do we delight in failure? Eddie, think back to the trading desk: schadenfreude. Either that or we are massively bored (yes we are) and find this entertainment.
A website will be started just to ruin people lives... oh wait.. there is one already...
These things aren't as harmful as you might think:
Remember the harvard girl who plagiarized part of her multi-million dollar contracted book?

I know at least 10 friends/acquaintances who've had job offers rescinded after their interviewer checked their facebook profile pic and saw the person they just interviewed upside down on top of a keg or downing a beer bong.
Seriously, I know I can never run for office because there's too many people out there I'd have to hunt down and kill because they have incriminating photos of plain old youthful fun that in past generations would not have been an issue past a certain point.
An excellent discussion, guys. When you aren't covering three-four topics at one time, it becomes easier to really dig down into the deeper issues. I agree, Midas--it's in human nature to kick someone when they're down, and the rampant schadenfraude and delight we take in seeing someone get destroyed is disgusting.
Enjoy Spain, Eddie! Hopefully we can hear another story about running with the bulls!
