I strongly oppose the death penalty. Not because I don't believe it's justified in some cases, but because the justice system makes mistakes. Putting an innocent man to death is also known as murder.

I'm also 100% pro-choice. To quote Michael Bloomberg: "Reproductive choice is a fundamental human right and we can never take it for granted. On this issue, you're either with us or against us."

I think you guys did a better job exploring this issue than any of the idiots in the mainstream could ever do. Props for at least hearing each other out and agreeing to disagree.

Agree with in the flesh. This is really a tough issue to do, but you guys did a good job with it. Its been the most visible disagreement yet on NSFW.

You guys didn't really mention the specifics of the Troy Davis case. Any reason why?

Appreciate both of your comments. The reason we didn't get into the specifics is b/c we are extremely strapped for time and a topic like this will lead to more banter than usual. Also, I honestly believe that the guilt or innocence of any single person on death row is a completely separate issue from whether the death penalty itself should be abolished or kept around. Btw, the biggest disagreement on NSFW is the best way to dispose of the dead hooker...we just haven't found a way to work it into a show.
