First round with recruiter generally introducing the firm / role and soft motivationals. Invited to networking event if successful / team likes your CV. Few weeks later had a first round with 2x principals where they tested a mix of technicals, motivationals and commercial mindset. Fairly standard investor-mindset focused questions specific to previous deal experience. 2nd round was a 2hr timed LBO modelling round at their offices where I had to build a complete 3-statement model and LBO which was fairly challenging. 3rd round was in-person interview with 2xMDs at the team where they tested credit-specific technicals, commercial knowledge and deep-dives into previous experience. Final round was a case study.
