Interview
The interview process had many behavioral questions. Any technical questions were more about understanding the business model of a wealth management group, their revenues, expenses, and what the industry is like now. It is important to know your resume like the back of your hand. After applying online, there was an initial phone call, and then there was a second round which occurred Teams/Zoom. After that, there was a final group interview. Each interview lasted 30-45 minutes. I suggest the interviewees to be enthusiastic. Additionally, knowing people at the firm via their individual group website will help significantly. The culture was very serious, not uptight, but the people seemed extremely serious.
