BlackRock Final round / AC

Just did my superday (FT investment research London) last Friday but heard they take forever to update you. Not sure how long they take to update if it’s an acceptance or if it’s a rejection, if anyone knows anything would super appreciate!

Based on the most helpful WSO content, BlackRock's response time after interviews can vary. For example, one user mentioned it took about a month to get a super day invite after video interviews, and offers were extended at the end of September, with recruiting continuing until around Thanksgiving. This suggests that BlackRock's timeline can be lengthy and depends on their schedule.

Additionally, in general hiring processes, rejections are often communicated sooner than acceptances. If you haven't heard back yet, it might indicate you're still being considered. Patience is key, but if you're anxious, a polite follow-up email or call could help clarify your status.
