BlackRock Investment Research

Interviewed with the team (final round) around a month ago now. Still no response. Is this expected with BlackRock? I am thinking it might have to do with them interviewing SA and FT on same days?

Based on the most helpful WSO content, BlackRock's response times can vary significantly depending on the role and the specific team. For example, one user mentioned it took about a month to get a superday invite after video interviews, and others noted that decisions could stretch out depending on headcount and recruiting schedules.

If it's been a month since your final round, it might be worth reaching out to the recruiter or HR for an update. Delays could indeed be tied to overlapping SA and FT interview processes or internal decision-making timelines. Stay proactive but patient!
