Interviewed with the team (final round) around a month ago now. Still no response. Is this expected with BlackRock? I am thinking it might have to do with them interviewing SA and FT on same days?

If you're not hearing back instantly, from anywhere, it almost always means you're on the waitlist and should expect a rejection, bar any fortunate circumstances where someone rejects their offer.
