Columbia Threadneedle Investments (CTI) Graduate Rotational Program?
Got an interview for the above position. Its for the AM arm of Ameriprise Financial, and its a 2 year rotational program.
Does anyone have any thoughts on this program? Does anyone know what the comp is?

Just checking in on how this went and if you ever figured out anything about the firm, as I'm in the process right now
How did your first round interview go?
Thought it went pretty well, but haven't heard back yet so not sure. It's only been a week so could've gone either way. Are you also in the process?
It's been 1 or 2 years since I applied so the process may have changed but I believe it was one HR call and then a superday. Anyways they were offering 75k so I turned it down.
Can’t really help with the question but I have a buddy who did this and works there now and he’s a bright guy and seems to really like his job and he works on interesting things with a lot of freedom.
Apparently good PMs make LSD-MSD $M too so seems like a solid opportunity if you want to do AM.
Hi I have a first round interview for this role in London this Friday, does anyone have:
1) any information on the application process
2) any information about the reputation of CTI and exit opps
3) any information on the benefits of the programme i.e. how competitive the pay is, if they offer hybrid working, if they compensate for professional qualifications
4) how the rotations work and any experiences
