From Real estate to wealth management

Recently, I decided to join a real estate consulting firm (definitely one of the biggest players in europe) in the appraissal dpt (Offices/Hotels/Operational real estate), but before that I interned at a wealth management boutique (although I do hold an MSc in real estate). Initially, I wanted to leverage my RE experience towards a more commercial role (either aquisition or IM)

I truly enjoy both and now I got a chance at my old firm and I am not sure whether to grab it (Investment Advisory Analyst).

Pros: More work life balance, better secondaries, better firm (values align more with personal values as well). I get to talk to people, something I miss in my current job (which was more of a step-up anyway).

Cons: less exit oppornities (now I see collegues exiting to PE/IM/VC etc.) and afraid to do wealth management forever (23 yo rn) and that I would be done with stocks and bonds at some point (which now is my hobby), but I do not really enjoy enjoy analyzing companies (rather RE).

I figured I needed some advice for this, as I truly enjoy both, but I get fomo in either of the choices :/
