JPM PB Investment Solutions Salary?

Does anyone know how the bonus structure works for those on Investment Solutions' teams?I know that banker analysts have the bonus structure of revenues or inflows being responsible for X amount of their bonus, but for someone on the Investment Solutions' team, what % of their salary is usually given as a bonus?

bonuses are not great. but its a steady and less risky path since you're not judged on bringing in flows.

analyst 1 - 2 bonus was so bad this year, looking at less than 10k - 15k. don't know how to increase that unless you are top bucket which then again is difficult to differentiate.

associate base is 125 - 175 ish. associate years are longer now that they cut the analyst years to two years instead of three,

To add to this thread: 2nd year analyst in PB Solutions. Bonus was disappointing IMO, sub $25k on a $105 base. Base to move up to $110…

Yes that’s the same for me. $8.5 on a $100k base and then went up to $105.

2025 numbers (edited so it's clearer):

Started analyst 1 with 100k in summer 2022
Beginning 2023 -> base bumped to 105k. 8.5k bonus.
Beginning 2024 -> base bumped to 110k. 25k bonus.
Mid 2024: promotion to assoc, base bumped to 135k.
Beginning 2025 -> base bumped to 150k. 35k bonus.

Any other numbers?
