Could someone give advice on career development, compensation and exit path for the above two offers? BLK trading is mostly execution trade and no sure if any opportunity to do an internal transfer to investment research...
I always want to go to banks and s&t sounds more exciting than execution trade but Jefferies is of smaller market shares and not many trade flows, especially in Asia?
