PGIM -Fixed Income Rotational Program Analyst
Anyone have any info/thoughts on PGIM/ the fixed income analyst role? From what I've seen it a pretty solid shop and has a good reputation. Just wanted to get some more input.
Thank you

Interviewed here at one point and know a few people here. Good AM with good reputation. Investment analyst program is interesting, 3 year program and then they are super selective on who they keep on for the associate positions and actually recruit externally for these positions and then make a pool between external and internal candidates and have you interview again. Know the associates come from top MBA programs. Hours are good for the pay as well, typically 40 - 60 hour weeks. Good mentorship and mobility to other parts of the company and exit ops.
Thanks for that info, interesting you say that as the recruiter for this program stated that the PM's generally use this analyst pool to recruit associates and that they do not recruit externally for the associates. Would love to hear the experiences the people you know had there and where they decided to stay, etc if you have the time. Thanks
