I’ve looked through several forums regarding the prestige of different asset management firms. Despite AUM size being top 10 in the world, PGIM is not mentioned anywhere. What is the reputation of PGIM on the street?

Pretty solid for credit. From what I've seen the exit opps have been top tier credit shops/funds but their 3 year analyst program is kind of weird + below market comp.
