Real Estate Portfolio Management
Hi everyone,
This is my first time posting on WSO so please forgive me if i’m posting on the wrong forum. I have come across an open position at a non-BB investment bank. The position is for a Real Estate Portfolio Managef - Associate. i am an MBA - Financial Management student at a non-target school graduating in Spring of next year. What do you think of RE portfolio management? Is it a lucrative career or should I be patient and tryfor General Indsutries- Portfolio Management group which is what I really want to do but cannot seen to have a bank call me for an interview for a position there. Thank you for your feedback guys!

Hey guys I applied for a manager portfolio analysis and research position with a real estate investment firm. Had 2 interviews with hr and the director(direct supervisor). Im going to have a third interview next week with senior vp Asset Management and executive vp portfolio management. Any advice or tips on how to prepare for the interview? What kind of questions would they Ask? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
