Applied for AC role in NYC– nothing yet
just received email from an associate offering to run a case with me as well as case studies resources, did not receive an interview invite yet or any more other information. anyone know if this means I’ll get a interview? feels like a whole lot of effort to run for all applicants but I may be wrong

I put all NE offices (Boston, DC & NY) and applied for full-time, the AC that reached out seems to be from the NY office. I’ll take the opportunity regardless but wanted to see if someone else got something similar!

For those that got interviews: what types of cases should we expect? I heard the first round is extremely number heavy and often includes a poorly made graph to make sure you can extrapolate info quickly, but aside from that I’m going in blind. Anyone got any info?

Just had my 1st round, so starting the thread on hearing back for final rounds or rejections:
mind if I ask how was it? the general level of difficulty?
The cases were fairly standard; this round is almost entirely about making sure you can case at a basic level before they pass you off to partners. The only thing that kinda caught me by surprise was that the cases were ~25 minutes each and I had been told in a presentation it would be ~15 minutes, so some of the issues I had to address were more nuanced than issues in shorter cases. That said, nothing to worry about if you've been practicing.

Does anyone have insight on 2nd round interviews at Bain in terms of the type of case, style, length, etc.? I know that since a partner is running it, it does tend to be something that the specific partner deals with, but aside from that is it just a standard case? Thanks!

I've begun seeing LinkedIn posts about AC and ACI offers in DC, NY, Dallas, Colorado
Atlanta has also given offers for FT AC for the 1st and 2nd deadlines (unsure of ACI)

They don’t say anything if you’re rejected except from final round in which case I think they call either way
