Your role is probably more quantitative than when I interviewed for a valuation position. I don't think I got a single technical question beyond demonstrating comprehension of basic valuation technique. If your role is more heavily quantitative things could be different.

The most important thing I think is demonstrating a strong interest, a good personality, etc.

My guess is that it is probably more of an implementation role. I don't think it will be very math heavy.

This is a great opportunity to go into the interview to ask specific, targeted questions to find out what exactly you'll be doing.

^ concur. And AFAIK AERS is paid significantly lower than their consulting counterparts

Bump, will leak all the questions I wrote down after they decide who goes to super day :)

was 2 30 minute interviews one with a director one with a consultant who has been there for a long time

some of you will be shaking your heads at the way I answered the questions, think I was to honest because I didn't BS anything.

Do you think I got auto dinged for mentioning WOW in some of my questions!
