Sector Analyst Comp at LO Credit AM

Hello, hoping to hear recent numbers for all-in comp ranges for sector analysts (5+ yoe) at LO liquid credit AM with $10+bn AUM across multiple below-IG products. Hearing $150k-$225k is the range for base at senior analyst level and was hoping to get a sense for general bonus ranges you've seen. Any info appreciated - thank you!

I don’t want to dox myself. I will share the comp range for several sr credit analysts I know (HY, loans, and IG) who are ~5 years post MBA at sub $500bn shops. Total comp ranges from high 300s to high 400s. The Fidelity / PIMCO / T Rowe’s of the world pay quite a bit more - up to $700k all-in. Hope this helps.

This is SUPER helpful. Thanks for your contribution. Does comp continue to increase after ~5 YOE, or does it stay pretty consistent the rest of your career, assuming you are able to stay as a lifer analyst? Would really appreciate insight for both sub-$500 BN shops and the bigger guys (Welly/Fido)
