For the associate level,
what is the typical timeframe when the banks adjust the compensation based on the performance/inflation, or whatever. When will they information you?
when they tell you the % increase, do you guys always negotiate or there is no room, you just try to change jobs if the number is not good
do you negotiate with your analyst or director of research?
