Annual compensation increase
Hey guys,
For the associate level,
- what is the typical timeframe when the banks adjust the compensation based on the performance/inflation, or whatever. When will they information you?
- when they tell you the % increase, do you guys always negotiate or there is no room, you just try to change jobs if the number is not good
- do you negotiate with your analyst or director of research?
