Head of HR Interview?

Just looking for a little insight from whoever might be able to help.

Currently in an ER Associate interview process heading into the 3rd round for an I-Bank in NYC.

1st Round - 30 minute interview MD of the group

2nd Round - 2 hour modeling test & write-up

3rd Round (Incoming) - 30 minute interview with another ER associate (much more experienced than me) and a 30 minute interview with the Head of HR

I have never had a "interview" with the Head of HR, so I was wondering how to "prepare."

*Note: I have not discussed compensation with anyone yet, so I am thinking that might have something to do with it.

Thanks,

An interview with Head of HR is a positive sign that you’re a top candidate. I believe it’s to gage whether you’re a cultural fit. Best of luck!
