I realize that many of us (including me) do not have enough bananas to PM others, so should we just post publicly? @jcbgrss and @hayjaykay--any interest in downtown/Tribeca/FiDi?

Not to be a dick, I'm not trying to come off as a dick at all:

But, It's crazy to me how, people that have never lived in New York, think that they can spend absurd amounts on rent...

Wanting to spend 2300 on rent? If you make, let's say, 70 in salary... each paycheck is going to be around 1850. I don't understand first year analysts wanting to spend that much on rent in NYC... Taxes are going to hit you in the face like a brick. Unless you have parents supplementing you, then I guess that makes sense.

I'll start off the regionals

My roommate and I are looking to add a third person to our apartment on the Upper West Side (68th and Columbus). Let me know if you’re interested and I’ll send more detail.

City: NYC Apartment Location: Upper West Side (south of 70th Street) Subway: Near 1/2/3/B/C, 10-minute walk to Columbus Circle (A/C/B/D/1) Rent: $1,275/month Lease Start Date: Flexible Roommates: Analyst (BB IBD), Analyst (real estate finance), both male, one year out of school Contact: PM

My friends and I are currently looking for one additional roommate for an apartment in Murray Hill. I am a second year (upcoming third year) IBD analyst, one roommate works in business development and the other works at a start-up. One of our other roommates has to move out so we are trying to fill his room. Generally, I would say we are pretty easy going, social and all of us work a lot (unsurprisingly).

Apartment: Nice apartment (especially for the price) - 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, recently renovated, loft / high ceilings, washer / dryer in unit.

Move in: Around 5/31 Location: Murray Hill (2 blocks from 6 train). Budget: ~1400

Thanks

BUMP....Pls PM me if interested!

My two roommates and I are looking for a fourth roommate to join us in our four bedroom apartment in the Midtown East / Sutton Place area. We are 2014 Princeton graduates and are all working in finance starting this month. It’s a beautiful apartment with a 270 sq ft common room and wrap around balcony on the 12th floor. Every room has a closet and window, and all bedrooms are at least 100 sq ft. The apartment has two and a half bathrooms with a separate kitchen area. The building has a 24-hour doorman, package service, and elevator. We are asking $1500 a month in rent plus your share of utilities, furniture, one-month security deposit, and one-month broker fee. The apartment is available on July 15th. Please PM me for more details, such as photos and video.

If anyone is still looking, I just accepted a lateral offer to NYC and basically need to make the move in the next week or two, so can be pretty flexible.
