Got the survey like two weeks ago, they said final answer by end of month

Got the survey like a week ago. After finishing the survey I got a message saying that by the second week in December I’ll hear back and by the third week I gotta confirm if im going or not.
Got an email last week saying I was registered and the program got put on my calendar. Is this an acceptance?

I don't think you need to network for this program. Just need diverse background and write two convincing essays.
