Searching where? Another firm that unfortunately also pays terrible bonuses?

 

$20k-$40k for a non-mba is not comparable across the street at all, MBA stubs at market in 2023 were anywhere from $35k-$75k, getting a $30k bonus as a full time experienced associate for top 3 bucket sounds like the firm is bleeding somewhere and downsizing regardless of performance

Not true. TD Cowen and BMO paid very close to 100% bonus for ASO this year despite lower deal flow. Idk what HL is doing

 

Atrocious comp. About 50% of last year’s A2A on a gross FY basis (AS0s are stubbed 9 months).
