Chiming in for RBC:

- Free Blades to the Hamptons between Memorial Day and Labor Day

- Free Uber Blacks to and from the office

- $50 Dinner stipend after 6PM

- $40 Lunch stipend

- Business class for flights under 3 hours, first class if over 3 hours, occasionally hop along on the corporate PJ

- Quarterly $15K "social" budget per coverage & product group, covers dinners, happy hours, offsites, etc

To add some detail: $40 for dinner after 6pm (technically after 10 hours of work but can order after 6pm). M, W, Th $20 for lunch. Ubers after 9pm. Also, there’s some gym pass type thing for like ~$140 a month and gives you access to like 5,000 gyms across the country. Supposedly if you are over 6’4” you automatically get business class on flights but doesn’t matter cuz you have to be under 5’9” to be an MD here.

Piper: -$30 meal credit after 6:30pm, think $60 on weekends if you’re in office

  • Free comfort+ Ubers home from office past 9:00pm, Uber Blacks are usually approved to/from airports. Comped to/from office on weekends

-Transport fee credit (think parking/subway fees)

-$50/month gym membership stipend (applicable to any “health club”, there’s also some special Equinox discount that I don’t use)

  • We used to get free lunch every day but they got rid of it :(

  • Standard like snack rooms and shit

BofA:
$35 Grubhub after 6:30pm
Uber Black after 9pm (can be anywhere not just home)
Discounted snacks/food but nothing free

$30 lunch + $35 dinner for weekends
2x WFH days per month but flex if needed

Uber after 7, $30 dinner at 6:30 but have to stay until 8. Friday wfh, my group is pretty flexible with wfh if you have a late night

Anyone know what EBs allow Uber Black (Exec in LDN)? Specifically interested in EVR and LAZ

$35 dinner stipend order starting 6 PM must stay until 8 PM. 9 PM for UberX; 11 PM Uber Black. To and from office Ubers on weekends. Office dependent but snacks / soda provided. If traveling as a junior, generally economy class but laundry / dry cleaning would be covered. All day Fridays & evening WFH but defer to deal team dynamics as needed

HL was outlined earlier.

- $40 expense budget for dinner. Comped if working 10+ hours during the week in office
- $20 on DoorDash M W Th. Also get DashPass so your $20 stretches a lot further
- Weekend $20 lunch in office after 4 hours, $40 dinner after 8 hours if I recall correctly
- Expensed Ubers after 9pm when leaving office
- Monthly catered lunch for entire office
- Snacks are good
- think there’s some gym pass

Mine is this:

- $35 dinners weekdays, weekends comped if working. I think weekend lunch is comped too if working but haven't done it personally

- Uber comped after dark out

- Monday Friday WFH

- Snack room is also goated ngl. Infinite celsius and seltzers
