2024 Updated NYC Moelis Culture?

Title — Incoming Moelis Intern Interested in recent updates about Moelis’s NY office’s culture. I know it’s infamous for being sweaty but I heard they’re trying to tone it down to decrease turnover and now they’re doing A2A. Would appreciate detailed insights and which groups are the sweatiest.

shut the fuck up diversity sophomore in college 😭 have fun at campbell luyten soup or whatever

Not Neccesarily wrong. Don't want to name drop but there is a tough fucking MD with the initials EF (canadian) that churns people's souls away. When I interviewed with Moelis one of my interviewers spent the first 15 minutes complaining how the juniors don't get worked as hard as he did when he was at UBS/JEF in late 2000s. Like brah how is that something an interviewee wants to hear when they're trying to be excited about your firm.

Still a great franchise though.
